Brittany Ryan-Pruitt
Physicians Assistant Primary Care | Serving Knoxville, TN
Brittany Ryan-Pruitt is a certified physician assistant serving patients at Claris Concierge Health located in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Brittany's educational background includes The University of Tennessee, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, and Cellular and Molecular Biology. She then attended South College, where she graduated as an honor student with a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant studies.
Brittany has proudly served the Knoxville area and surrounding counties as a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in primary care for the past 10 years. It is her joy and passion to earn the trust of her patients and to create lasting relationships with them and their families. She takes a genuine interest in partnering with her patients to optimize their health to full capacity. Outside of serving her patients, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young son.
Kimberly Menard
Practice Coordinator | Serving Knoxville, TN
Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University in 1995 and has since practiced as a registered nurse in both hospital and home health settings. Her nursing experience consists of orthopedics, women’s health, labor and delivery, postpartum, lactation, and geriatrics. Kimberly is an innovative problem solver with strong interpersonal communication skills ready to organize and execute plans. She is an out-of-the-box strategist who views each patient holistically and aims to resolve issues compassionately and efficiently..
Sara Harmon
LPN | Serving Knoxville, TN
Sara Harmon, LPN received her license from Tennessee College of Applied Technologies in 2011, she later returned to Roane State in 2019 to complete her Associates of Applied Science in Healthcare Management. She has been happily practicing in primary care since 2006. Her many years of service in primary care has provided her with a mountain of knowledge. She strives to ensure that her patients receive the highest level of care. She is passionate about helping others and desires to develop lasting relationships with her patients. She is adept at phlebotomy, injections, and IV therapy. Most importantly she believes in the opportunity to heal the mind, soul, heart, and body of a patient. For the last 8 years she has partnered with Brittany Ryan-Pruitt to achieve this purpose and is excited to see how this new opportunity can help her achieve these goals. When she is not devoting her time to her patients, she enjoys spending time with her growing family.
Julian Reid

Julian Reid has spent the last 32 years working with not-for-profit hospitals throughout the country, and the last 10 years as the Chief Executive Officer of the nation’s leading financial advisory firm solely dedicated to healthcare. During this time serving his hospital clients, Mr. Reid has helped hospital administrations through countless healthcare crises, and assisted them with developing strategies to improve healthcare delivery for their communities. His experience includes financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment portfolio management, and general consulting. While leading his firm, the company received the honor of being named one of Nashville’s “Best Places to Work” two years in a row.
His three decades of experience in healthcare has allowed him to see the healthcare delivery system through an unfiltered lens. This experience has driven him to bring a team of professionals together in order to “Redefine the healthcare experience” for our patients. Mr. Reid is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, but has called Tennessee his home for 24 years, married with three children, enjoys restoring classic cars, and is an avid football fan.
